Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses ("you", "the store") that use Melo.

The service

Melo provides an online ordering website and a management panel for your business. We host and maintain the service. You are responsible for your products, prices, pictures, opening hours and for preparing and delivering the orders you receive.

Trial

A free trial may be offered. At the end of the trial the monthly fee is due if you wish to continue.

Fees and payment

The fee is monthly and paid in advance on your bill date. The amount and bill date are agreed with you. Melo does not take a commission on your orders. If the fee is not paid, your website may be paused until payment is received.

Orders and customers

The sale is between you and your customer. You collect payment from your customer directly. You are responsible for the quality of your products, any tax that applies to your sales, and for answering your customers' complaints.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the names, pictures and text you upload. Content that is illegal, misleading or offensive is not allowed and may be removed.

Customer information

You may use your customers' information only to prepare and deliver their orders and to serve them, and you must keep it safe.

Availability

We work to keep Melo running at all times, but we cannot promise that the service will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for orders lost because of internet or device problems outside our control.

Ending the service

You can stop using Melo at any time by telling us. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we agree otherwise. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
